DO NOT submit your manuscript at this time.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for a response. If we are interested in seeing your manuscript, we will email you with submission details. Due to a large number of queries, we cannot guarantee a response, although we will try our best to contact you even if your manuscript is not requested.
